For outdoor terrace setups, we focus on privacy and lighting. We use fabric drapes and layered fairy lights to shield your space from the city view, turning a standard balcony into a secluded area. Our setup ensures the mood stays intimate, whether you are planning a quiet dinner for two or a surprise party.
How We Set Up Your Space
When we plan an outdoor setup, we look at the logistics of your specific space first. Whether it is a hotel terrace, a home garden, or a small balcony, our goal is to create a distinct zone that feels separate from the rest of the venue.
Cabana and Lighting We use a 6x6 ft or 8x8 ft frame draped with polyester fabric to create the core of the setup. We always pair this with a canopy of warm white string lights. This lighting serves two purposes: it creates a festive atmosphere and provides enough visibility so you don't need additional, harsh lights. If you are opting for the romantic dinner package, we add LED tea lights and fresh rose petals to the table or floor area to complete the mood.
Seating and Comfort For our cabana packages, we provide floor-level seating with a mattress, table runner, and cushions. This low-seating style is designed for two, making it the right choice for proposals and anniversaries. If you are hosting a larger group, we can adjust the layout to fit more casual seating arrangements.
Important Details
- Setup Time: Most of our intimate setups take between 60 to 90 minutes to install. For larger, premium marquee proposal setups, please allow up to 4 hours.
- Weather: Since we use fabric and lights, these setups work best in covered or semi-covered areas. If you are planning an open-air event, we suggest checking the forecast.
- Cleanup: We handle the installation, but we ask that you manage the takedown and cleanup after the event, as most of our props are designed to be disposable or easy to remove.
