Since we use glue dots for balloon placements instead of helium, you do not have to worry about balloons drifting away or losing volume halfway through your evening. Everything is set up on-site, usually taking us 60 to 90 minutes to get the lighting, seating, and fabrics ready so your space looks perfect the moment you walk out.
When planning a romantic surprise or an intimate anniversary dinner, the space matters as much as the occasion. We specialize in setting up cabana-style decor that works just as well on a cozy home terrace as it does in a garden setting.
Our signature cabana setup uses a 6ft x 6ft metal frame draped with sheer fabric and dense curtains of fairy lights to create a secluded atmosphere. We keep the seating low with wooden pallets, rugs, and cushions to maintain a relaxed, boho aesthetic that feels far removed from the city bustle.
What goes into the setup
- Lighting: We layer warm fairy lights with LED candles and battery-operated lanterns. This creates a soft, ambient glow that photographs beautifully without the fire hazard of real wax candles.
- Seating: We use wooden pallet tables paired with floor mattresses and plush cushions. This arrangement is perfect for a 2-person dinner.

Logistics & Planning
We handle all the transportation and setup across Bengaluru. Whether you live in Indiranagar, Whitefield, or HSR Layout, we bring all the gear and assemble it on-site. Setup typically takes 60 to 90 minutes.
A note on balloons: For these setups, we use high-quality latex and metallic balloons. Because we use glue dots for ceiling and wall arrangements, these are safe for indoor and outdoor use. Please confirm if your terrace has a roof or overhang if you are worried about high winds, and we will adjust the layout to keep the decor secure.
