How I Handle Your Setup
Every event I take on starts with a quick conversation about your space. If you are planning a surprise proposal, I generally need about 3 to 4 hours for the premium marquee setup to get the red carpet, floral heart, and lighting perfectly aligned. For smaller indoor room decors, I am usually in and out in 60 to 90 minutes.
What to Expect
- Customization: If you see a setup here you like, we can tweak it. Want the red rose heart from one photo but the neon sign from another? I can mix and match based on what fits your venue.
- Outdoor Logistics: I have done setups on balconies, lawns, and terraces all over the city. I bring all my own frames, fabrics, and battery-operated lighting. You do not need to provide electricity points, and I make sure all cabling is tucked away neatly so it does not interfere with the photos.
- Post-Event: For most balloon and floral setups, the items are yours to keep or dispose of. For premium hire items like marquee letters, neon signs, and cabana frames, I will coordinate a pickup time that works for you, usually the next morning.
