• High-Resolution Printing: We use matte finishes so that flash photography at the entrance doesn't hide the design or the child's photo.
• Theme Integration: The fonts, borders, and character illustrations are pulled from the same library used for your stage backdrop to ensure a cohesive look.
• Milestone Details: Many parents like to include the child's age or a fun 'stats' section, which I can format to stand out against the background graphics.

Setup and Display

Depending on your venue space and the party package you choose, these boards are mounted on decorative wooden easel stands or integrated directly onto the welcome arch. If you are hosting at home or in a clubhouse, I recommend the easel stand option as it is portable and looks great in photos taken near the entrance area.

Before we send anything to print, I share a digital proof with you. This lets you check the spelling of the name, the age, and the photo quality, so you can be 100% sure everything is perfect before we arrive at your venue.
