Bedroom Balloon & Cabana Surprise
Core Decor Elements

Circular Ring & Neon Setup
Backdrop & Structure
- Ring Frame: 6x6 ft circular metal stand decorated with balloons.
- Balloon Garland: Organic style arrangement (mix of 5, 10, and 18 inch balloons) covering 50% to 70% of the ring.
- Signage: LED Neon light signage (e.g., 'Happy Birthday', 'One') mounted on the frame.
Props & Furniture
- Cake Display: Set of 1-3 cylindrical pedestals (White, Gold, or Wireframe).
- Theming: Includes 3-5 foam-board cutouts for specific themes (Jungle, Unicorn, etc).
- Flooring: Basic rug or fur mat beneath the setup.
- Note: All props (Ring, Neon, Plinths) are rentals and collected after the event.
Shimmer Wall & Marquee Numbers
Statement Backdrop
- Sequin Wall: 8ft x 8ft Shimmer Panel Backdrop (Gold, Silver, Black, or Iridescent).
- Marquee Numbers: 1 or 2 large LED-lit numbers (approx. 4ft height) displaying age.
- Balloon Decor: High-density luxury garland bordering the wall, incorporating artificial floral bunches.
Lighting & Ambience
- Up-lighting: 2 LED PAR lights placed at the bottom to enhance shimmer.
- Extras: Custom neon message mounted on the wall and red/white aisle carpet.
- Requirements: Requires minimum 10ft width space and 3+ hours setup time.
Car Trunk Surprise Decor
Trunk Elements
- Banners: 'Happy Birthday' or message bunting strung across the open boot lid.
- Lighting: Battery-operated fairy lights draped around the interior.
- Balloons: 30-50 Air-filled balloons filling the trunk cavity for a spill-out effect.
- Photos: Strings with 5-10 clipped printed photographs.
- Note: Client must provide the vehicle. Cake or gifts are not included in the standard package.

- If you’re celebrating a big milestone, like 18, 21 or 50, I bring out those huge light-up marquee numbers. They look killer in photos and everyone loves them.
- Cozy surprises are a favourite. I can flip any living room or bedroom with balloons, fairy lights, rose petals - the works.

- Custom photo backdrop for birthday is my jam - circular ring stands, sequin walls (pick gold, silver, rose gold) and a neon ‘Happy Birthday’ sign.
- Romantic cabana birthday setup is perfect for terrace or garden parties - canopy tents, drapes, fairy lights.
- Car trunk birthday surprise is a real head turner - balloons, lights and banners packed in the boot for a ‘whoa’ moment.
