About Birth Doula Support
My Approach
Birth is wild, beautiful, and sometimes downright scary. As a mother and birth keeper, I trust your body and gut feeling to show you the way. My job? I’m your steady anchor, the one who helps you tune in to your intuition, not override it. I offer evidence-based info and honest reassurance so you can make choices that feel right for you and your family. No pressure, no agenda, just support.
What I Actually Do
- I’m your guide, not your boss. I help you find answers, not hand you a rulebook.
- I build bridges with your docs and midwives so everyone’s on the same team.
- Your birth plan matters to me. I help you talk it out with the hospital staff, so your voice is heard.
- My support covers your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs - not just ticking checklists.
How We Go Through This
- Prenatal: We meet a few times, chat about your questions, fears, and dreams. We work on birth preferences, try out labor movements, and get your partner prepped so they’re not lost in the room.
- Labor & Birth: I’m on call for you, day or night. Once you’re in active labor, I’m there with you, suggesting non-medical pain relief techniques like massage, water, or just switching up positions. I help keep things calm and positive, for you and your partner.
- Postpartum: We meet again to talk about your birth experience, early breastfeeding, and anything else that comes up. No judgment, just a safe space.
Partner Matters
I don’t replace your partner - I work with them. My goal is to help them feel just as confident and involved, not sidelined or stressed out.
What I’ve Seen
Out of 55 births, over half chose vaginal birth, and many used holistic birth support methods. I’ve supported VBACs, water births, and all sorts of families. No two stories are alike, but every family gets my full attention.

My Story
Gratitude is honestly the word for what I do. Being a doula just fits - my ikigai, really. Learned from legends like Naoli Vinaver, always picking up new things like rebozo, prenatal fitness. Co-founded The Doula Collective, so I’ve got this whole tribe of birth workers behind me. Wouldn’t be here without my family and the families who let me in at their most raw, real moments. Birth changes you, every single time.
My Work
What I Offer - Lamaze childbirth classes online, birth doula support in Bangalore, prenatal & postpartum counseling, plus empowered birth workshops for couples.
My Doula Role - I’m your calm, steady support. Not bossing you around—just there for you, your partner, your choices. Gentle birth, always.
How My Classes Feel - No hospital script here. We do fun, interactive sessions with real info—so you feel ready, not just prepared.
Workshops: Go Deeper - Art, music, movement, meditation—my workshops help you connect with your body’s wisdom, not just the books.
Every Birth Matters - Been at 55+ births. Stats are fine, but your experience, how you feel about your birth, that’s what matters most.
