About Kundan, Polki & Pearl Elegance

Many of you ask if these heavy-looking pieces will hurt your ears after a few hours. The secret is the mesh backing and copper alloy base we use. It distributes the weight so well that you can wear these statement chandbalis or Kundan sets from the Haldi ceremony straight through to the Sangeet night without once needing to take them off for relief.

When you choose Kundan, Polki, or pearl jewellery from Bindhani, you are choosing pieces built for reality, not just the display case. My team and I focus on the 'mindfully crafted' aspect, which starts with selecting high-quality copper or brass bases.

The Craft Behind the Sparkle

Traditional Indian jewellery often relies on heavy materials that can leave you sore by the end of an event. I changed that by focusing on weight distribution. We use a mesh-backed design, which allows even our larger statement pieces to sit comfortably against your skin. We hand-set every Kundan stone and pearl, using high-refraction CZ or foil-backed glass to ensure that signature royal glow without the impractical weight of real gold.

Styling for Your Occasions

Whether you are looking for a choker set for a wedding or just a classic maang tikka to add a touch of heritage to your saree, we have a range of designs. Because we operate out of our Electronic City studio, we are able to manage the production of every piece closely. We don't just sell sets; we offer a 14-day turnaround for most customisations, meaning if you have a specific colour palette for your bridesmaids or a unique outfit that needs a specific pearl shade, we can match it.

Maintenance Tips

To keep your Kundan and Polki pieces looking new, keep them away from direct water and perfume. After you are done with your event, simply wipe them with a soft, dry cloth and store them in the hard-case box we provide to prevent the intricate chains and stones from tangling or scratching.
