Solo Choreography and Performance Style
Dance is my life, not just a hobby. Whether you are aiming to master a trending routine or just want to feel more confident in your own skin, I am here to guide you through the rhythm.
A solo routine I choreographed in the studio to a popular Bollywood track. This piece focuses on sharp, clean movements and expressing the feeling of the music, skills we work on in all my classes.
Taking the dance to the streets of Bangalore. This freestyle performance shows how you can adapt dance moves to any environment and just go with the flow of the music.
A fun solo piece with some Michael Jackson-inspired moves. This choreography is all about attitude and stage presence, which are key elements I teach to help you become a more confident performer.
A short, expressive solo I put together while recovering from a fever. For me, dance is a way to feel better and express myself, even on tough days.
A freestyle dance reel filmed outside a local spot. I love creating content that is spontaneous and captures a moment, blending my passion for dance with everyday life.
Another street choreography session, this time with a tribute to the legendary Puneeth Rajkumar. This routine incorporates energetic footwork and powerful gestures, reflecting the spirit of the song.
About Solo Choreography
When we work on solo choreography, it is not just about memorizing steps. We focus on that specific attitude—how you carry yourself when the beat drops. I keep the movements clean but energetic, drawing from my Latin background and street freestyle to help you find your personal style.
Finding Your Flow
My approach to solo choreography is simple: stop overthinking and start moving. Whether you are learning a routine for a reel or just want to get better at social dancing, we focus on what makes you feel comfortable. I blend the technical foundation I learned from my guru, the late Arun Kumar, with the freestyle energy I pick up riding my bike or just jamming in the studio.
What to Expect
- Technical Foundation: We don't skip the basics. We work on posture, alignment, and clear footwork.
- The 'Attitude' Factor: A good dancer isn't just someone who knows the steps. It is someone who expresses the music. We spend time on confidence and stage presence.
- Styles: I mix Latin basics (Salsa, Jive) with hip-hop cardio and freestyle movements.
