Your child isn't just following a static curriculum; they are guided by coaches like Rino Anto and Nishad Nagraj, who have lived the path from the Tata Football Academy to the professional I-League. This direct experience means our coaches know exactly what it takes to bridge the gap between a weekend hobby and a serious football career, helping players understand the discipline, tactics, and mindset required at each stage.
How We Build the Future
Our pathway is designed to be accessible for beginners while providing a rigorous route for those with professional ambitions. We believe in the 'unlearn to learn' philosophy, ensuring that players build strong fundamentals—passing, dribbling, and spatial awareness—before moving on to complex tactical setups.
1. Grassroots & Soccer Schools This is where it starts. For children aged 5 to 16, our camps focus on developing 'Happy Feet' and a genuine love for the game. Sessions are structured with a 1:12 coach-to-player ratio, ensuring your child receives personal attention rather than getting lost in a crowd.
2. The Transition to Elite As players progress, they can transition into our high-performance modules and Young Blues Elite training. This is where we introduce more advanced game analysis, sports psychology workshops, and strength and conditioning routines. It is about preparing them for the physical and mental demands of professional football.
3. Expert Coaching Credentials We do not rely on generic training. Our technical staff, including figures like Nishad Nagraj, hold UEFA B Diplomas and AFC/AIFF certifications. These are not just titles; they represent a deep, technical understanding of modern youth development that keeps our curriculum aligned with national and international standards.
