About Our Awesome Coaches
Our coaching approach relies on a strict 1:6 ratio, ensuring that every child gets individual encouragement and safety. With two licensed coaches present in every single batch, we focus entirely on your child's confidence, making sure they feel supported whether they are mastering a dribble or just learning to pass.
At Happy Feet, we know that the coach is the most important person on the field. That is why we handpick mentors who bring patience, high energy, and a genuine love for working with children. Whether we are training at St. Josephs Turf in Bandra or the Cooperage Turf in Nariman Point, our goal remains the same: to create a pressure-free environment where kids can just be kids.
We avoid the traditional drill-sergeant approach. Instead, our team uses play-based learning to teach complex skills like dribbling and passing. By keeping our ratios at 1:6, our coaches can pivot quickly. If a child is having a tough day, the coach is there to encourage them with a high-five rather than push them to perform.
Many parents ask us if we focus on competition. The answer is always no. Our coaches are trained to facilitate social skills, teamwork, and confidence-building. We use games that sneakily teach counting, colors, and spatial awareness while the kids think they are just playing tag or football.
Whether you are based in Khar, Matunga, or Chembur, our commitment to our coaching standards never changes. Every batch is led by two licensed coaches who ensure that every child—from the shy toddler to the energetic seven-year-old—feels seen and heard.
