A lot of folks ask if opening a coffee shop is all about cozy vibes and latte art. I always say, it’s real business, not just romance. I learned this the hard way, riding my bike across India and seeing how much of a gap there is between the dream and the actual work. That’s why we set up Barista Training Academy - to keep things honest and practical.

Training Paths for Every Coffee Hustler

• Our 15-day flagship course covers everything - espresso mastery, latte art, manual brewing, plus the business stuff like coffee shop business planning and staff management. You’ll get an internship, job assistance, and a solid certification.
• If you’re dreaming of your own café, our coffee entrepreneurship course is packed with live sessions from actual cafe owners and real-world menu planning.
• Planning to work or study abroad? We’ve got a barista job placement course that gives you skills for gigs anywhere, from cappuccino to iced tonics.
• We also run an inclusive coffee career training program for people with disabilities, opening up jobs in the coffee world for everyone.

Beyond the Foamy Top

You’ll learn the seed-to-cup journey, taste and describe flavors, run real cafe operations, and get the basics of accounting and teamwork. We show you there’s way more to coffee than making drinks – opportunities stretch into roasting, sourcing, equipment, and more.

Our Community Vibe

We’re real people, some of us even dodged coding jobs to chase coffee dreams. “Mujhe code na likhna pade” (so I don’t have to write code) sums up our passion. We don’t sugarcoat, we just share what we know and help you find your own space in the coffee world.
