About this collection
When you ask me to make something unique, you are not talking to a salesperson. You are talking to the person who actually cuts the fabric, paints the details, and stitches the seams in my Delhi workshop. Because I handle the entire manufacturing process myself, I can tweak designs as we go, ensuring that the final inflatable fits your specific brand or event requirements perfectly.
Whether it is a 25-foot Santa Claus for a mall, an inflatable tank for a promotional event, or a custom dartboard for a fair, my focus remains the same: accuracy and durability. I do not just supply products; I build them from scratch in my Hastsal workshop.
The Process
It starts with a simple conversation. You tell me your idea or share a rough sketch. If you have a specific color palette or a complex logo, I guide you on what material will work best. I use high-quality ripstop nylon and heavy-duty PVC tarpaulin, ensuring the structure is weather-resistant and holds its shape during long events.
Why In-House Manufacturing Matters
Many suppliers just resell items. By keeping stitching, painting, and design in-house, I cut out the middleman. This means:
- Total Customization: No standard sizes. If you need a specific dimension to fit a rooftop or an entrance gate, I build it to that size.
- Direct Quality Checks: Every seam is checked before it leaves my factory floor.
- Faster Turnaround: Since I am not waiting on third-party shipments, I can meet urgent deadlines.
