Essentials Office Decor Package
Entrance & Reception
- Balloon Arch: One 6ft x 8ft spiral or organic arch placed at the main glass door or reception desk.
- Material: High gloss Metallic or Latex balloons in theme colors (Tricolor, Red/Green, or Brand colors).
- Signage: Basic card stock or foil balloon lettering (e.g., Welcome or Festive Greetings).
Floor & Bay Area
- Pillar Bunches: 10 to 12 clusters (3 to 4 balloons each) taped to pillars, bay ends, or hung from ceilings.
- Floor Scatter: 30 to 40 loose balloons scattered near the main bay or cafeteria.
- Themed Accents: Integration of paper flags (Independence Day) or small foil stars (Christmas) into the bunches.
Logistics
- Crew & Timing: Setup takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours with a team of 1 to 2 decorators.
- Handover: Decoration is handed over upon completion; disposal is handled by client housekeeping.
Premium Backdrop & Photo Zone Setup
Themed Backdrop Station
- Structure: One 8ft x 8ft flex print backdrop stretched on a wrinkle free wooden or metal frame.
- Designer Garland: Dense L shaped organic balloon garland framing the backdrop using premium Chrome and Confetti balloons.
- Graphics: Custom graphics suited for the specific festival or company event.
Props & Styling
- Cutouts: 3 to 4 large foam board elements (Snowflakes, Diyas, Product Replicas) attached to the backdrop or floor.
- Premium Foils: Large 30 inch character or object foils (Candy Canes, Champagne Bottles) integrated into the design.
- Lighting: Includes LED fairy lights woven into balloons or a focus halogen light for photography.
Additional Elements
- Entrance Pillars: Two 5ft standalone balloon pillars with large foil toppers for the zone entrance.
- Service: Includes post event service to dismantle and remove heavy frames and structures.
About Corporate & Festive Decor
What I Do
I handle decor for offices and commercial spots across Bengaluru. If your workspace needs a quick festive makeover or a full-on theme for an event, I’m your person. Most of my clients want things sorted out for festivals, national holidays, and company gatherings.
How I Set Up
- For national holidays, I go all in with tricolor Independence Day office decor. You’ll see balloon arches in saffron, white, green, and flags tucked in where they fit. Works for showrooms, schools, retail, and societies too.
- When it’s Christmas or any other festival, I stick to classic colors. Expect Christmas theme workspace setup with balloon garlands, cutouts, candy cane and snowman props. Photo booths are my specialty, and they’re a hit for team selfies.
- For regular corporate events, I do balloon backdrops, arches, and branded themes. If you want something extra like sequin walls or photo booth props for company parties, I can put that together.
