Boho-Chic Picnic Setup
Seating & Furniture
- Low-Table Setup: Sanded and varnished wooden pallet tables used as the main dining surface.
- Floor Layering: Styling with jute rugs, soft throw blankets, and 10-15 plush cushions in mixed textures (velvet, macrame).
Decor & Props
- Tabletop: Cheesecloth runner, fresh meadow-style flower arrangements (daisies, baby's breath), and ceramic dining plates.
- Theme Props: Includes a wicker picnic basket, a customized welcome message on an easel, and a boho teepee tent.
- Entertainment: Provision of 1-2 classic board games like Jenga or Uno.
Private Cabana Dinner Decor
Structure & Lighting
- Cabana Frame: 4-pillar metal or bamboo framework draped with sheer white georgette or chiffon fabrics.
- Illumination: Dense strings of fairy lights covering the roof and sides, plus 8-12 vintage floor lanterns or cylinder vases with candles.
Luxury Tablescape
- Furniture: 2 Premium Chiavari/Tiffany chairs and a linen-draped rectangular table.
- Place Settings: Gold or silver rimmed charger plates, heavy cutlery, crystal wine glasses, and fabric napkins.
- Centerpiece: Continuous runner of fresh foliage (eucalyptus/ivy) with white roses and tall taper candles in glass holders.

For those “party-varty” nights - glam anniversary backdrop setups with sequin walls and light-up marquee numbers. I go all out with metallic balloons and a neon sign so your photos pop.
