How I Work
I offer three main types of setups depending on your space and budget:
- Standard Room Decor: Ideal for bedrooms or small spaces. I use 50 balloons, wall foil text, and rose petals to create a cozy feel. This is a great choice for quick surprises.
- Cabana Tent Experience: I set up a 6ft high tent with fairy lights and a floor mattress. This is popular for proposals or private anniversary dinners where you want a distinct, cozy area.
- Premium Ring Backdrop: If you have a larger hall, I bring iron ring frames and neon signs. These setups are dense, with 250+ balloons, and serve as the main photo spot for the event.
Practical Details
- Travel: I travel across Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Noida. I bring all my own materials, so you do not need to provide anything.
- Timeline: Most setups are ready in under 90 minutes. I usually ask for access to the room slightly before your guests arrive or before the surprise time.
- Lighting: I include LED fairy lights and tea lights in most packages. Please ensure there is a power socket nearby if you choose a setup with neon signs or heavy marquee lights.
- Clean-up: For standard decor, the balloons are yours to keep. For premium setups with rented iron frames, neon signs, or marquee numbers, my team will return the next day to collect the rented items.
