About Kids' Themed Birthday Parties
For our themed setups, we combine custom 8x8ft flex banners with organic balloon garlands and character cutouts. We handle all the styling, but please note that for large backdrops, we need a flat wall or enough floor space for the truss frame. Our team arrives with all props, marquee numbers, and character cutouts to transform the room in 2 to 3 hours, depending on the complexity of the theme.
We have designed themes for everything from first birthdays to milestones. Popular choices include jungle setups with animal foil balloons, Marvel superhero worlds, and cartoon-specific themes like Cocomelon or Stranger Things. We know that the right setup makes the difference in your photos.
How We Work
- Custom Backdrops: We use high-quality printed flex banners tailored to your chosen theme, complete with your child's name and age.
- Balloon Art: We don't just put up a few balloons. We build dense, organic garlands using a mix of chrome and matte balloons to match your color palette.
- Props & Cutouts: Every theme includes 3 to 4 freestanding sunboard character cutouts to bring the setting to life.
- Lighting: We include LED focus lights and marquee number signs to make the photo area pop.
Logistics & Setup
We operate across Delhi NCR and can work in any space, be it a bedroom, living room, or banquet hall. Setup for these full theme packages typically takes 2 to 3 hours. Please note that rental items like the metal ring frames, neon signs, and marquee numbers are collected by our team after the event. Our focus is on getting the details right so your party space looks ready for the big day.
