For my signature proposal setups, including the marquee 'MARRY ME' letters and red carpet paths, I require 3 to 4 hours of on-site time. This ensures I can position the lighting, secure the balloon arches, and place the LED candles exactly where they need to be so the surprise happens without any stress on your end.
How I Set Up Your Celebration
Whether you are planning an intimate terrace dinner or a grand proposal, my approach is to arrive, set up, and leave a finished space. I handle the entire assembly process—from inflating hundreds of balloons to mounting the marquee frames.
Proposal Packages
My proposal setups are designed to be visual and dramatic. The 'Illuminated Marry Me' package is my most popular, featuring 3ft tall marquee letters and a custom balloon heart structure. I also bring a red carpet and 2 to 3kg of fresh rose petals to line your pathway, creating that specific 'walkway' effect.
Cabana and Terrace Styling
If you prefer a romantic vibe for an anniversary or a cozy date, I convert standard terraces or living rooms into private cabanas. I use 6ft by 6ft metal frames draped in sheer white curtains, layered with high-density fairy lights. This setup includes floor seating with plush cushions, macrame runners, and rustic lanterns to give it a finished, professional look without you needing to buy any equipment.
Logistics and Venue
I work across all of Bengaluru, from home setups in apartments to outdoor venues. Please note that for rooftop or garden events, I will need access to a power point for the lights and marquee letters. If the weather is uncertain, I will work with you to find a protected corner or a covered area to ensure the decor stays intact. I do not use helium; instead, I use a specific glue-dot technique to create the ceiling-floating effect that lasts for the duration of your party.
