Entrance Setup
- Balloon Arch: One (1) standard spiral or organic semi-arch setup at the main entrance (approx. 8ft x 8ft).
- Material: Mix of Metallic and Latex balloons (Standard quality) in 2-3 colors (e.g., Red/Green/White or Corporate colors).
- Signage: Includes one basic foil balloon spelling (e.g., "WELCOME") or a printed paper board attached to the arch.
Interior Decor
- Ceiling Balloons: 40 to 60 air-filled balloons attached to the ceiling using double-sided removable tape. Note: These are not helium-filled and do not float independently.
- Pillars: Two (2) standalone balloon pillars (3-4ft height) topped with a themed foil balloon (Star, Smiley, or Festival icon).
Logistics
- Installation: On-site setup takes approximately 90-120 minutes.
- Teardown: Provider collects metal frames/stands after the event; balloon disposal is the client's responsibility.
