About Our Training Community
When you join my sessions at Noida Stadium, we focus on reaction drills alongside standard forms. You will learn to break free from the freeze response during a stressful situation, which is a key part of the self-defense work I teach. It is not just about learning a move. It is about training your mind to act when you need it most.
My training community in Noida is built on the belief that martial arts should be accessible and practical for everyone. Whether you are a beginner or looking to sharpen your existing skills, you will find a space here to grow at your own pace. We train at Noida Stadium, Sector 21, in an open-air environment that helps you stay grounded and focused.
We avoid the overly flashy side of martial arts. Instead, we break down Shitoryu techniques into movements you can actually use. You will learn how to shift your weight using stances like Zenkutsu Dachi for better stability and how to use simple strikes with your hands and feet. For those concerned about safety, we dedicate time to practical scenarios, such as escaping wrist grabs or dealing with sudden threats.
