When you book a multi-tiered creation for a wedding or corporate event, the work does not stop at the oven. I personally handle the transport, final stacking, and on-site assembly to ensure the architecture of the cake remains perfect from the first look until the final cut.
Engineering a multi-tier cake involves much more than just stacking sponges. For weddings and corporate celebrations across Navi Mumbai and Mumbai, I focus on the structural integrity of every layer. Whether it is a topsy-turvy carousel design, a rotating tier, or an illuminated separator, I use heavy-duty dowels and specialized boards to keep the structure stable during travel.
My process begins with a design consultation where we decide on the visuals—be it gold leaf detailing, concrete finishes, or corporate branding. Because I specialize in eggless baking, you do not have to compromise on taste. I use premium fillings like Belgian ganache, Alphonso mango, or Ferrero Rocher, ensuring the cake tastes as good as it looks.
For large-scale events, I also offer on-site finishing touches. If your venue requires complex assembly, I arrive early to stack the tiers, arrange the fresh flowers, and set up any mechanical elements like fairy lights or rotating frames. My goal is to provide a stress-free experience so you can focus on the event itself. I have worked with various companies for anniversaries and with couples for their weddings, delivering centerpieces that are designed to stand out and hold their shape under venue lights.
