Everything you see here is made by hand in my home kitchen in Rohini. Whether it is an order for 80 hampers or a single anniversary tray, I don't use stabilizers, preservatives, or shortcuts—just pure chocolate, rich butter, and fresh ingredients. When you order these, you are getting something baked with the same care I would use for my own Dadu-Dadi’s anniversary.
When I started Bakeofy at 22, I wasn't looking at spreadsheets or profit margins. I was looking at rishtey, the relationships we build over good food. Every photo in this collection represents a specific memory, from the overwhelming rush of my first Rakhi season to creating elegant return favors for a silver anniversary.
I run my bakery differently because I believe in quality over convenience. You will notice the texture in my brownies is dense and fudgy because I use pure chocolate, not alternatives. My eggless recipes are developed to be wholesome, using things like atta, nuts, and fresh fruits.
