When you ask for a hobby-themed cake, I do not just put a topper on a standard sponge. Whether it is a Mahindra Thar replica or a cricket pitch, I use a combination of hand-sculpted fondant and edible prints to make sure it looks like the real thing. Everything I make in my live kitchen is 100% vegetarian, so you get the design you want without compromising on your dietary preferences.
How I Bring Your Ideas to Life
I love a challenge. When you come to me with a niche interest—like a specific car model, a cricket team, or a favourite movie character—I take it as a creative project. I don't believe in boring cakes.
My process is simple. We start by discussing the key elements that define the hobby. For a football theme, that might mean recreating a jersey or a stadium. For a car lover, it involves focusing on the shape and the iconic details of the vehicle. Because I run a live kitchen in Kharghar, you know exactly what is going into your cake, and I can adjust the finer details before the final finish.
