About this collection
When we hit these big stages, we don't just show up to play; we bring the full 5-piece Malhar lineup: vocals, electric guitar, bass, drums, and keys. It is a full production, which means for an event like this, we need a professional sound setup including drum mic'ing and stage monitors to make sure the Bollywood rock sound reaches the back of the venue. We handle the energy, but we rely on a quality sound rig to make the magic happen.
The stage is where I feel alive, or as I always say, wohi meri azaadi hai (that is my freedom). When we perform at festivals like The Big Feed or major venues like Phoenix Marketcity, it is not just about a setlist; it is about creating a connection. We blend high-energy Bollywood rock with soulful Sufi influences, moving from 90s retro classics to our own original tracks.
Our full electric band setup is built for impact. We cover everything from Arijit Singh anthems to hard-hitting rock covers of The Eagles. Because we play with a full rhythm section, our sound is massive, designed for large audiences who want to sing along, jump, and lose themselves in the music.
