Why We Love Maternity Photography
Pregnancy is like one small miracle after another. We want to bottle up that feeling, the excitement, the glow, the little moments of connection, so you can relive them even after your baby arrives. Every family's story looks different, and our focus is to capture yours honestly, with all the realness and love that comes with it.
Studio or Outdoor? You Decide
- Prefer a timeless look? Our HSR Layout studio has cozy corners, artistic backdrops, and fun props (the moon seat is a hit!).
- Want something breezy? Our studio also has an outdoor area on-site, so you get natural-light outdoor shots without leaving the venue. If you want a proper park or garden setting, we can travel up to about 5km from the studio for a small travel charge at actuals. We don't do home shoots.
Your People, Your Pets, Your Story
This isn't just about the bump, it's about everyone waiting to meet your little one. Partners, siblings, grandparents, and even dogs or cats are welcome. Family maternity portraits with pets are actually some of our favourites because they're pure chaos and pure joy.

If a traditional maternity shoot in saree feels right, let's do it. Or maybe you want to go wild with creative maternity photo ideas, Harry Potter, floral crowns, or anything else. Bring that ultrasound, those baby shoes, or anything that matters. We're all for the little touches that make your session feel like you.
Two Ways to Keep It Simple
- Want the full works? We can handle the gown, makeup, and hairstyle in-house, just show up and soak it all in.
- Or, if you've got your own outfits and arrive ready with hair and makeup done, we'll just focus on the photography and the moments.
What You Actually Get
You get every raw photo from the session as soft copies, plus the edited ones. No locked-away files, no upselling. Gowns, makeup, and props are all in-house, so you don't have to coordinate anything external.
Not every image is perfect, but every session is real, and that's what matters to us.

My Story
We’re Baby’s Backyard, and honestly, we’re a bit obsessed with capturing all that new baby magic. It’s not just photos for us - it’s about holding onto those wild, loud, love-filled moments before they slip away. First smiles, tiny toes, sleepy yawns... we started out wanting families to have these memories forever. Seeing folks grinning at their pictures? That’s the best part. It’s all a little crazy, a little loud, and a whole lot of love in one frame.
My Work
Photoshoots for Every Stage - We do maternity, newborn, baby, toddler, and cake smash sessions. Family group shots, extended family, and pets are part of these shoots, not a separate booking.
Creative & Fun Themes - Want a traditional South Indian baby shoot or something wild like mermaids or chefs? We love making your ideas real.
All Raw + Edited Photos - You get every raw shot from the session plus the edited final ones. No locked-away files, no upsells to see "the rest".
Everything In-House - Gowns, makeup (full-time MUA on staff), props, and our HSR Layout studio are all under one roof. You show up, we handle the rest.
Newborn-Safe Studio - Our setup is controlled and safe for newborns, and our team is patient with cranky toddlers who don't want to cooperate that day.
Indoor and Outdoor on One Site - Our studio has both indoor and outdoor setups, so you don't have to leave the venue for that natural-light feel. We can also travel within 5km for a park shoot, at extra travel cost. No home shoots.
