Why I Love Family Photography
I get a kick out of capturing those chubby cheeks, cheeky smiles, and the kind of love that fills up a room. For me, family photography is all about happy, warm moments that you’ll want to look back on again and again.
What I Offer
Every family’s got its own vibe, and I try to catch that in every shot. My studio sessions cover:
- newborn family photography (those first few weeks are pure magic)
- playful candid family portraits with toddlers and kids
- generational family photo sessions (bring the grandparents!)
- sibling photoshoot ideas, especially if you want to show off that special bond
- maternity and new arrival celebrations
Studio Vibes
My Powai studio is set up for whatever mood you’re after. You can go classic and formal, or keep it chill and candid. I’ve got:
- a light & airy boho family studio setup (macrame, pampas grass, white brick wall)
- timeless dark backdrops for that dapper look
- festive setups for Christmas or Kanha (baby Krishna) themes
What to Wear
Coordinated outfits look fab in photos, but don’t stress if you’re stuck—I’m always happy to help with ideas. These photos are meant to be little treasures, something to keep safe from nazar and pass down for years.

Hey, I'm Prerna. Powai is home, and honestly, I get paid to hang out with babies and families - what could be better? My camera’s always chasing those happy, colourful moments - a sleepy grin, a big bro’s first hug, or a family just being goofy. I’m not just snapping photos, I’m catching feelings, real ones. New beginnings, tiny toes, giggles - it’s magic, yaar.
