Our Favorite Moments: Family Portraits & Candid Memories
From studio portraits in Ghatkopar to lively outdoor sessions, this is a look at the milestones and connections I have loved capturing most.
This is what it's all about for me: capturing the pure love and connection of a family. I suggested coordinating in white for this studio session, and the result is this timeless, classic family portrait that they can cherish forever.
I love it when the little ones bring their personality to the shoot. We were outdoors in a lovely garden, and these fun sunglasses made for such a playful and memorable baby portrait. It’s these small, happy moments that create the best pictures.
Paus aso or un aso (rain or shine), we make it work. This video shows you how we managed an outdoor shoot even when it started raining. It shows my dedication to getting the perfect shot, no matter the challenge.
A studio session is full of possibilities. This collage shows how we can move from classic family poses to fun, playful moments like lifting your baby up high. The simple white background keeps all the focus on your family's joy.
Capturing the bond between siblings is one of my favorite things to do. Here, a proud big sister holds her newborn brother, creating a truly special memory. I ensure these newborn and sibling photoshoots are always safe and gentle.
An outdoor family portrait session celebrating a first birthday. The coordinated outfits in bright yellow looked amazing against the green backdrop of the park, and we captured so many happy, candid moments of them together.
For Janmashtami, we did this special Little Krishna themed shoot. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate our culture and create some truly unique photos of your lahan chimukle (little ones). I provide the setup and props for these creative sessions.
Sometimes, the quiet moments are the most powerful. This simple, heartfelt embrace between a mother and her baby in the studio says everything. My goal is to capture this genuine emotion for you to hold onto.
About Featured
Whether we are shooting in my Ghatkopar studio or at a park, the goal is always comfort over stiff posing. If you have a specific idea in mind—like a traditional festival theme or just a casual family afternoon—we will make it happen, regardless of the weather, rain or shine.
Looking through these photos, you will see a mix of what I do best. Some days, we are in the studio with controlled lighting, focusing on clean backdrops and the small, intimate details of your family. Other days, we are outside. I love outdoor shoots because that is where the real life happens. The kids run around, the wind blows, and we get those genuine, unposed smiles that you cannot recreate in a studio.
I have learned that weather in Mumbai is rarely perfect, so I have gotten used to working with it. If it starts to drizzle during an outdoor family session, we find a gazebo or use umbrellas. It often leads to the most fun photos. My approach to baby photography is to keep the energy high and the stress low. Whether it is a milestone birthday, a sibling portrait, or a traditional Little Krishna setup for Janmashtami, I bring the props and the plan, but you bring the personality.
My studio in Ghatkopar is fully equipped, and I travel across the Eastern Suburbs for outdoor projects. If you are browsing this page, you are likely looking for someone who treats your family like their own. Take a look at the variety here—from the quiet, newborn-and-mother embraces to the energetic first-birthday cake smashes—and let me know which style fits your family best.
