About The Bohra Thal Experience
When you book a Bohra Thal with us, you get the complete traditional setup, not just the food. We manage the entire experience, from laying down the safra (dining mat) and setting the kundali (stand) to providing the mobile handwash station (chillamchi lota). Our specialized Khidmatgars take care of the course-by-course service, ensuring your guests move perfectly from the initial salt tasting and savory Kharas to the final heavy main course, allowing you to focus on your guests.

Our service is defined by the traditional sequence. It begins with the salt tasting and a sweet starter (Sodanna) to cleanse the palate. We then move into the Kharas, featuring items like our Smoked Samosas or Tandoori Fish, followed by the main Jaman course. We can provide the classic Bohra Dum Biryani or Mutton Khichda. The meal concludes with traditional sweets like Malpua or premium options like our Pistachio Kunafa.
