About Additional Work & Inspiration
People often ask me if a specific plant will survive in their corner, and the answer depends entirely on your sunlight and wind exposure. Before I start any project, I always evaluate your space to match the right plants to the environment. This ensures your green space stays lush without you having to struggle with high maintenance or dying leaves later on.
My process is built on balancing two things: how the space looks and how long the plants will actually survive. Whether you are looking at my terrace garden work or office plantscaping projects, you will notice a common thread. I do not just drop off plants; I consider the structural needs of the area and the specific micro-climate.
Why I Focus on Process
When I work on a space, I look at three main factors:
- Sunlight and Wind: High-rises in Delhi NCR get a lot of wind, which can dry out delicate plants. I choose hardy varieties for these spots.
- Potting Quality: I use FRP (Fibre Reinforced Polymer) planters because they are lightweight and weather-resistant. They do not fade or crack like cheap plastic, which is essential for our harsh summers.
- The Greenprint: Before any planting happens, I sketch a plan. This helps us decide where to put statement plants versus fillers, so the space looks balanced from day one.
My Approach to Makeovers
I believe in deep cleaning before new planting. My team handles the pruning, de-weeding, and soil aeration because you cannot build a healthy garden on top of dead roots or poor soil. If you have an existing garden that looks tired, we focus on restoration first. We fix the layout, refresh the soil with organic compost, and only then do we add new life.
