This is what we live for. Bringing the epic story of Goddess Durga's battle with Mahishasura to the stage was an absolute dream. We fused belly dance with Indian classical movements and used veil poi to create this fiery, dramatic performance that still gives us goosebumps.
This one was pure fun! We mashed up high-energy South Indian Tapang with belly dance for our 'Rowdy Baby' act. This is the kind of performance we love to bring to parties and sangeets to get everyone hyped.
We love telling ancient stories in new ways. Here, we brought the divine love story of Shiva and Parvathi to life, blending the grace of classical Indian dance with the fluidity of belly dance. The costumes, the lighting, the emotion, it all came together beautifully.
Dance can be a powerful voice. This performance was our small attempt to raise awareness about female empowerment, telling a story of struggle and transformation. Using butterfly wings as a prop, this mother-daughter duo created a truly moving piece.

When you book us, you are getting more than just a 15-minute set. You are getting the Azaya fusion style, which takes the traditional technique of belly dance and mashes it up with Bollywood, South Indian folk, and even classical Indian storytelling.
We have designed our performance packages to fit the mood of your event. For a grand wedding, we can go heavy on the drama with a 30-minute mythological production, complete with character costumes and props like tridents and silk veils to bring tales like Shiva & Parvathi or Durga to life. If it is a more casual party or a sangeet, we pivot to our high-energy fusion sets, where we take tracks like 'Rowdy Baby' and infuse them with the 'Azaya vibe'—think shimmies, thumkas, and a whole lot of audience engagement.
We pride ourselves on our professionalism, too. Whether we are sending a solo artist for an intimate gathering or a 6-dancer troupe for a mainstage event, we handle all the audio mixing and choreography in-house. Our dancers are trained, seasoned, and hair-and-makeup ready, so you don't have to worry about the logistics. We have performed across Bengaluru and even internationally, but our core remains the same: we want to create a space where the audience feels that connection to the music.
