People often ask how my bridal buns stay perfect even after hours of dancing. It is not magic; it is structural prep. For every heavy bridal look, I use micro-crimping at the roots and precise thread-locking for jewelry. This ensures your matha patti or heavy dupatta stays in place for 12 hours without slipping or pulling.
Whether I am designing a sleek runway ponytail for India Couture Week or a floral-adorned bun for a traditional wedding, my approach remains consistent. I believe in less mess, more magic. My focus is on creating styles that look as good at the end of the ceremony as they did when I first finished them.
The Technique Behind the Look
- For Open Hair: When creating Hollywood waves, I use a specific 28mm rod with a calculated left-to-right winding technique. This locks in the bounce and prevents the hair from falling flat.
- For Bridal Updos: I use synthetic stuffing and high-density extensions to build a foundation. This allows me to pin fresh flowers and heavy accessories securely, ensuring the hair feels light but stays firm.
- Frizz Control: I rely on heavy-duty lacquer and targeted serum application, not just to hold the hair, but to ensure a glass-hair finish that looks great under flash photography.

I treat every hairstyle as an engineering project.
