About Behind the Scenes: Our Process
You rarely see the hours of coordination that happen before the guests arrive. Whether it is a destination wedding in Ooty or a local event in Bangalore, our team is on-site managing the vendor run-sheet, floral installations, and final layout adjustments, ensuring that the transition from a bare venue to your vision happens without you seeing the chaos.
Our Planning Methodology
We approach event management as a logical operation. Our role is to bridge the gap between your vision and the reality of the venue, ensuring that every element—from the Mandap structure to the lighting truss—is executed safely and precisely.
Pre-Event Strategy
We start with a four-month management plan. This includes venue scouting, where we visit 3-5 locations to validate contracts and infrastructure, and vendor negotiations. We maintain detailed budget tracking to ensure that your financial plan stays on course.
On-Site Execution
On the day of your event, we deploy a dedicated 4-person team—one senior planner and three coordinators. This team is responsible for the full run-sheet execution. If it is a destination wedding, we handle all guest logistics and hotel allocations, ensuring your guests are comfortable while we manage the vendor timelines.
We focus on the technical details that matter: rigging for stage lighting, placement of floral installations, and managing the flow of the event. By handling these operational requirements, we allow you to focus on the celebration rather than the logistics.
