About Colorful Haldi & Mehendi Celebrations
Most people think Haldi is just about marigolds and turmeric, but we live for the technical madness underneath. While you are busy getting that perfect candid shot, our team is managing sound sync for your entrance, ensuring the vintage props are secure, and making sure the guest interaction stalls are actually running. We are the ones handling the 'kulbulahat' of setup so you can just show up and dance.
Your pre-wedding functions set the tone for the entire week, and we treat them with the same intensity as the main wedding day. We do not do cookie-cutter events. If you want a Mediterranean vibe, we bring in blue tiles, vintage scooters, and lemon-adorned backdrops. If a Desi Mela is more your style, we build the teepee seating and carnival stalls that make your guests actually stop and play.

The Setup Reality
We assess the venue flow before we book a single drape. Whether it is a poolside venue or a rooftop, we map out where the sun hits during your Haldi and where the sound needs to be for your Mehendi. We manage the floor plans so your guests have room to dance without bumping into the buffet.
Vendor & Tech Management
We don't just hire vendors; we brief them on the 'Asterisks' standard. That means the DJ console, the dance floor LED, and the floral setups are synchronized. If a vendor is running late or the weather threatens your outdoor setup, we solve it before you even notice. You will see us grooving with your cousins, while simultaneously checking the run sheet to make sure the makeup artists are on time.
Guest Experience
Your guests shouldn't be standing around awkwardly waiting for the couple. We design interactive stalls, from caricature artists to live bangle makers, keeping everyone engaged. We manage the hospitality desk and flow, so the only thing you need to worry about is which outfit to wear and how much Haldi you are okay with getting on it.
