Immersive Silent Meditation Retreats

Sadhana at the Shala

Our shala in Bangalore is the heart of our local community. It is a space for daily practice, including early morning asana, meditation, and special all-night sadhanas where we explore chanting, kirtan, and yoga philosophy together.
