About Kicking & Striking Drills

When you see us in the hall, you won’t hear us counting down the clock. We focus on reaction and reflex. Whether it's a partner-held target or a hoop-jumping drill, every repetition is about building the muscle memory you need when you're actually in a match. We push for speed, but only after your form is solid. Lagao usko—when we shout that, it means it's time to commit fully to the strike.
