About At The Courthouse: In Action
Court life isn't like the movies. It is early mornings, long hours waiting in the corridors of Tis Hazari or Sonepat, and constant coordination between my team and the registry to get a hearing listed. When you see me in these photos, I am usually prepping for a cross-examination or waiting for a judge's order, because every hour we save is a step closer to bail.
Bail matters are urgent. It is not just about the argument in front of the judge, it is about the paperwork, the Section 441 forms, the surety verification, and getting that dasti order to the jail superintendent. Whether it is an ED case or a routine district matter, I do not believe in keeping clients in the dark with complex jargon. You will know exactly what is happening in your file, from charge sheet scrutiny to the discharge application. My practice is built on the belief that the law is meant to be a tool for justice, not a maze of confusion. If you are stuck in a lafda (mess) and need someone to fight for you with evidence and clarity, I am on your side.
