The Art of Gifting: Hand-Packed with Love
You are not just giving a painting; you are gifting a whole feeling. Every order I pack is a piece of art itself, finished with dried flowers, a wax seal, and a note written just for your pookie.
This is my therapy. Packing up a custom order with care, finishing it with a handwritten note and a wax seal.
A beautifully wrapped gift, sealed with wax and a sprig of dried flowers. I put as much love into the packaging as I do into the painting itself.

Your art gifts bring people closer. I love writing out the custom messages that clients want to send with their gifts; it feels like I'm sharing in their story.

About The Art of Gifting: Packaging & Personal Notes
When I seal your gift with wax and tuck in a handwritten note, I am trying to recreate that exact 'gudgudaahat'—that tingling, happy sensation you get when receiving something meant just for you. It is never just a box arriving at a door. It is the anticipation of the unwrapping, the rustle of the tissue paper, and reading a message that feels like a warm hug. If you are sending this to someone far away, that personal touch makes all the difference in the world.
I believe that the unboxing experience is just as important as the artwork inside. When you order a custom piece from me, you are not getting a generic store-bought package. You are getting something that feels like it was put together by a friend.
Why the little details matter
- Real Dried Botanicals: I use real rose petals and baby's breath pressed inside my glass frames and on the package wrapping. It brings a 3D, organic aesthetic that feels special and grounded.
- Wax Seal Finishes: Each package is sealed with a brass wax stamp. It adds that vintage, tactile feel that makes the recipient feel like they are opening a treasure from another time.
- Handwritten Personal Notes: The note is the core of the gift. Whether it is a quote about your relationship, an inside joke, or just a sweet 'I miss you', I write it in my own hand. It transforms a physical object into a memory.
Gifting for distance
Many of my clients send these gifts to partners living in different cities. Since you cannot be there to hand the gift over yourself, I make sure the package arrives looking intentional and heartfelt. It bridges the distance. If you have a specific color theme or a vibe you want to hit—like a Ghibli-inspired aesthetic or a moody, romantic look—just let me know when we chat. We can coordinate the wrapping paper, the dried flowers, and the note to match the sentiment.

I’m Deeksha. I think the best part of an artwork is the joy it brings when it finally lands in someone’s hands. I put my heart into the tiny details—the wax seals, the dried flowers, the notes—because I want your gift to feel like a big, cozy hug from across the miles.
