Minimalist Line Art Murals for Walls and Wardrobes
Sometimes, a simple line tells the best story. I create elegant, botanical, and abstract line art murals that add modern character to your furniture and walls without overpowering your space.
Simplicity can be powerful. This video shows my process for creating minimalist botanical line art on a wardrobe, adding a touch of modern elegance to the furniture with a simple, flowing design.
About Minimalist & Modern Line Art
I do not use stencils for these designs. Every line is hand-painted with a fine-tip brush, allowing me to adapt to the curves and corners of your furniture or walls. Because this style focuses on clean outlines rather than heavy coloring, I can usually finish a standard feature wall or wardrobe project in just one or two days.
Finding Beauty in Simplicity
Modern minimalism isn't about emptiness. It is about choosing the right details. Whether you have a plain wall that needs a subtle touch or a wardrobe that looks too stark, line art can bridge that gap. I primarily focus on botanical outlines, geometric patterns, and flowing abstract forms that complement a contemporary interior aesthetic.
The Process: From Sketch to Wall
I treat every surface differently. When working on wooden wardrobe shutters or gypsum partitions, I ensure the paint I use is durable and water-resistant. My process involves:
- Initial Mapping: We decide on the layout, ensuring the design fits the scale of your furniture or wall.
- Hand-Painting: Using artist-grade fine liners, I execute the design freehand. This gives the work a human touch that mass-produced stencils simply cannot match.
- Finish: Depending on your preference, I finish with a matte or satin layer to protect the art from daily wear and tear.
Why Choose Line Art?
It is the perfect balance of aesthetic impact and low maintenance. If you are looking to refresh a guest bedroom, a study, or even a kitchen cabinet without committing to a full-scale wall painting or wallpaper, this is an excellent middle ground. It works well in Delhi homes where space is valuable and we want to keep the room feeling open and airy. If you have a specific plant or shape in mind, share it with me and we can plan how it flows across your wall.
