Before I start, we do a virtual consultation to ensure the scale fits your wall perfectly, and I always sketch the design on the wall first so you can see exactly how it looks before I pick up the permanent markers.
Minimalist line art is all about the power of a single stroke. It brings a clean, modern feel to any room without cluttering the space. I focus on monochrome palettes, using high-quality markers or acrylics to execute designs like one-line portraits, floral outlines, or abstract geometric shapes.
The process is simple. We start with a virtual chat to pin down your reference image or font. Once we agree on the idea, I draft the design on your wall in pencil. You see exactly how it looks before any ink touches the surface.
A few practical notes:
- Density: These designs generally cover 40-60% of your wall.
- Surface Prep: Your wall needs to be clean, dry, and painted with the base color before I arrive. I do not handle base painting, but I do handle the art.
- Access: If the design goes above 6 feet, please have a sturdy stool or ladder ready.
