About this collection
This isn't just a painting class. You’ll be using heavy texture paste and palette knives to sculpt the craters of the moon onto a 10 to 12-inch rigid board. Once the texture is set, we help you install the LED strip lights and set up the wooden stand, so you walk away with a fully functional, glowing piece of decor for your bedside table.
How Our Moon Lamp Workshop Works
Many people walk into the studio saying, 'Main kabhi paint nahi kiya' (I've never painted before). That is exactly who this workshop is for. My goal is to make sure you leave with something you’re actually proud of, not just a mess of paint.
The Process:
- Sculpting: We use high-quality texture paste to build the surface of your moon. This is the tactile, therapeutic part where you use palette knives to create those realistic craters.
- Painting: Once your texture is dry, we guide you through layering whites, blacks, and metallics to give it depth.
- Assembly: We provide the LED strip kit, batteries, and the wooden stand. By the end of the 2.5-hour session, your moon is wired and ready to light up.
