Supplement Lab Tests: Pass or Fail?

Every tub and tablet you see here has been sent to a third-party lab. No marketing, no sponsored hype—just raw data to tell you if your supplement is actually safe.

As-It-Is Raw Whey Concentrate: Lab Tested After 1 Year. Consistency is key. I re-tested this popular raw whey protein to see if the quality holds up over time, checking for protein accuracy, contaminants, and heavy metals.

Himalayan Organics Vitamin C: Shocking Lab Test Report. This product claims 80mg of Vitamin C, but my lab tests found only 18mg. More alarmingly, it failed our heavy metal test for high levels of cadmium.

MuscleBlaze Shilajit Lab Test Report. Shilajit is a popular supplement, but quality varies. I sent MuscleBlaze's Koshaveda Shilajit Pro for a full analysis, testing for fulvic acid content, heavy metals, and other contaminants.

Avvatar Whey and Isorich Lab Test Results. I put two popular products from Avvatar, their Blend and Isorich proteins, through a detailed lab analysis to verify their protein claims and check for safety.

The Whole Truth Protein Bar: Lab Test Report. This bar claims 20g of protein. My lab test confirms the protein content and checks for heavy metals, pesticides, and other contaminants to see if it's a safe on-the-go option.

MuscleBlaze Biozyme Performance Whey: Steroids Lab Test Report. After verifying its protein content, I took the extra step to test this product for hidden anabolic steroids to ensure it's safe for athletes and everyday users.

As-It-Is Atom Blend Whey Protein: Lab Tested After 1 Year. This is a follow-up test on Atom's whey blend. I re-evaluated its protein content, macro accuracy, and safety profile to check for long-term brand consistency.

About this collection

If a label says 25g of protein, we test to see if it is actually 25g or just amino spiking. We look for heavy metals, melamine, and hidden steroids that do not make it to the marketing brochures. Before you spend your money on that next tub, check if it passed our strict, 7-level blind testing process.

Why We Test

The Indian supplement market is flooded with 'marketing gimmicks.' We started the Trustified project to clear the noise. We do not accept sponsored content or brand-provided samples. Everything you see here is a product we bought from the market and sent directly to a lab.

Our 7-Level Testing Process

We don't just check the protein percentage. Our testing protocol is rigorous and looks for:

  • Macro Accuracy: Does the protein, carb, and fat content match the label?
  • Amino Spiking: Are brands adding cheaper amino acids to artificially boost protein claims?
  • Heavy Metals: We screen for arsenic, mercury, lead, and cadmium to ensure your 'health' supplement isn't toxic.
  • Doping Agents: We screen for anabolic steroids that could ruin your health or athletic career.
  • Contaminants: Testing for melamine, aflatoxins, and pesticides.

What 'Pass' and 'Fail' Means

We don't sugarcoat the results. If a product claims to have 80mg of Vitamin C but our lab finds only 18mg, or if it contains high levels of heavy metals, it goes into our 'Fail' category. Period. We understand supplements are for convenience, but they should never cost you your long-term health. Use these reports to make an informed choice before you add a product to your diet. Choose safe, be safe.
