About Behind The Scenes & My Journey
Transitioning from a banking desk to a studio space completely changed how I approach a shoot. I don't just photograph a plate of food; I focus on the lighting, the steam, and the specific texture that makes a dish look real. My process involves mood boarding with you before we even start, so we are capturing the specific vibe of your brand rather than just a generic photo.
When I decided to trade spreadsheets for a camera, it was not just a career switch. It was a shift in focus. I spent years in corporate banking where precision was expected, but here, it is about capturing a mood. Whether I am shooting in my Mumbai home studio or on-location at a cafe in Bandra, my goal remains the same: making your audience crave the food before they have even tasted it.
My Creative Process
I start every project with a mood board to align our visions. This is not about just taking pretty pictures; it is about narrative. If you are a cafe, we need to show the warmth of your coffee and the texture of your sourdough. If you are a D2C brand, we need that perfect pour shot.
My toolkit includes portable Godox lighting, professional color grading to make greens pop and browns look rich, and a lot of patience. From stop-motion animation to slow-motion sauce pours, I handle the styling, prep, and editing to ensure your visuals stand out on a crowded social media feed.
Why Collaboration Matters
I work closely with chefs, restaurant owners, and lifestyle brands. We talk about your audience, your pain points, and what makes your product unique. I am not just a photographer; I am a storyteller who understands the business side of things because I have been on that side of the desk. Whether you need a cinematic reel, a 60-second UGC review, or high-end product photography, I am ready to make it scroll-stopping.
