Behind the Scenes of My Creative Process

Come take a look at the studio, the props, and the practice that bring every brand's story to life.

Unboxing some new gear for my studio. In this video, I talk about my new Godox light and Simpex condenser, explaining why I chose them and how they will help me create even better videos for my clients.

A DIY tutorial from my learning series. Here, I show you how to create realistic, fake condensation on a glass for beverage photography using simple materials like varnish and glycerin.

A glimpse of my team and I in action during a restaurant shoot. This video shows us capturing everything from the chef plating sushi to me getting the perfect angle on a dessert.

Sometimes you have to make your own props. For this shoot, I wanted a specific yellow arch, so I got out the spray paint and created it myself to match the product's vibe perfectly.

This reel shows how I use lighting to create a specific mood. I used a wooden crate to cast linear shadows, adding a warm, sunlit window effect to this product shot.

Creating a mini beach in the studio. This video shows how I set up a small sand pit to create a fun, summery scene for a body spray, complete with tiny beach themed props.

About Behind the Scenes & My Creative Process

You see the polished final reel, but the real magic happens in the setup. For instance, when I shoot cold beverages, I don't just rely on real ice; I create fake condensation by misting a specific 1:1 mixture of water and glycerin onto a glass finished with matte varnish. This technique gives you that perfectly translucent, dew-covered look that lasts through a full shoot without melting, ensuring your product always looks refreshing on camera.

My creative process isn't about perfectly polished, corporate-looking setups; it is about building a vibe that feels real. When I'm in the studio with my team, we are often hands-on—spray-painting custom backdrops, digging through my Acube Propstore inventory for the right texture, or rigging up a new light to get those sunlit shadows just right.

The 'DIY with You' Philosophy

I started my 'DIY with you' series because I believe in sharing knowledge, not gatekeeping it. Whether I am unboxing a new Godox light or showing you how to build a beach-themed setup for body sprays, I want you to see the effort behind the lens. It helps brands understand that photography is a technical craft—from managing voltage fluctuations with the right gear to using optical snoots for precise focus.

How We Work Together

When we collaborate, we dive deep into your brand's story. We don't just click photos; we style them. I bring in my own props and years of experience (since 2015) to ensure we aren't just shooting a product, but capturing a feeling. From the initial storyboard to the final color grading, the team and I focus on getting the details right so your brand stands out on social media.

If you want to see more of how I handle creative product photography or want to discuss a specific visual concept for your upcoming launch, let's talk. I am happy to show you how we can translate your idea into a high-impact video or image series.
