About Food & Beverage Photography
Why I Swapped Banking for Food Photography
I ditched my banking job for the madness of Bombay’s food scene. Now, I’m all about chasing good light and making food look as tasty as it actually is. I want people to scroll, stop, and actually feel the crunch or sweetness just by looking at a photo. If you’re after restaurant food photography that does more than just sit pretty, you’re in the right place.
How I Work: Flavour Meets Story
I’m big on visual storytelling. For me, a photo is more than a pretty dish - it should capture the vibe, the noise, and the tiny moments that make your space special. I handle food styling for brands, so I’ll style, shoot, and build a gallery that feels true to your restaurant or café.
- Dishes shot from every angle (starters, mains, desserts)
- Atmosphere moments: the clink of glasses, busy tables
- I’ve worked with Indian, Pan-Asian, Italian and Mexican menus
Making Menu Photos Pop (Swiggy/Zomato Style)
Online orders? Your food needs to look good in delivery containers, not just on plates. I use menu photos for delivery apps that are realistic and tempting so customers know exactly what to expect.
Drinks & Cocktails: Liquid Drama
From chai to smoky cocktails, I use beverage photography techniques and fun lighting to make every drink look worthy of a second glance.
Video & More
If you want your food to move, I create recipe reels, stop-motion, cinemagraphs, and short ad films. Also, I’m obsessed with natural light food photography, but I switch to moody, dramatic light too, depending on your vibe.
Mujhe bas ek baat yaad rakhni hai - khana sirf photo nahi, experience hona chahiye. (Just remember one thing - food shouldn’t just be a photo, it should be an experience.)
