I believe that coaching isn't just about the swing—it's about the systems that lead to results. Here is how my students, from junior campers to professional WGAI players, are tracking their progress.

How important is winning in junior golf? In my opinion, the process and the lessons learned from not winning are often more valuable for long-term development. It builds resilience and a desire to work harder.

In my favorite element, on the range with a student. My goal is to break down complex ideas into simple feelings, helping players understand the 'why' behind the movement.

I had a super time conducting this Junior Asian Golf Academy summer camp with other international coaches. We covered everything from swing analysis and course management to mental training and nutrition for players from across the country.

A look inside our summer camp coaching setup. We use technology and multiple camera angles to give players a complete picture of their swing, analyzing every detail to find areas for improvement.

A glimpse from a tactical workshop on mastering the driver. I focus on giving players expert insights to minimize errors and improve accuracy off the tee.

It was an honor to caddy for my student Agrima Manral at the Ladies European Tour Qualifier. Being on the bag gave me a deeper insight into her game. She showed true grit and played like a champion.

Agrima working on her bunker game. Competing at the highest level requires a complete game, and we put in the hours to make sure every aspect is sharp.

Practice on the putting green during the LET Qualifier. Under pressure, a solid and repeatable putting stroke is a player's best friend.

Watching my student compete on the course. My role as a coach extends beyond the driving range; it's about preparing players for on-course strategy and pressure situations.

About Student Success Stories

Coaching at the professional level isn't just about fixing a swing; it’s about having a game plan for high-pressure environments like the Ladies European Tour. Whether it's helping Agrima Manral move up the Order of Merit or guiding junior campers through a six-day intensive schedule, my approach relies on data. We look at the numbers, analyze the video, and build a routine that holds up when you're under the gun.

My philosophy centers on one thing: measurable improvement. When I work with a student, we aren't just hitting balls for an hour. We use video analysis and launch monitors to identify the root cause of a fault, whether it's a push-slice or inconsistent ball contact.

If you're training for tournaments or looking to turn pro, the process remains the same:

  • Data-Driven Diagnostics: Using the Skillest app, I analyze your swing from down-the-line and face-on angles. We look at shaft plane, spine angle, and impact to see what is actually happening.
  • Tournament Preparation: As seen with my work on the WGAI circuit, I focus on on-course strategy and mental toughness. It's about knowing your limits and playing the percentages rather than forcing a low score.
  • Long-Term Development: For juniors, we emphasize the fire—the resilience to handle a bad hole and bounce back.

We don't chase quick fixes. We build a repeatable, reliable swing that works under pressure. If you're ready to stop guessing why your shots are going sideways, let's get to work.
