My Golf Coaching Process and Results
I don't believe in quick fixes. My coaching focuses on finding the root cause of your swing issues so you can hit the ball flush every time. Take a look at my process and real-world results.
This is what my online coaching is all about. I analyzed this junior golfer's swing on the Skillest app, identified an issue with his pivot, and provided drills to fix it. The result is a more athletic, powerful, and consistent swing, leading to better contact and more distance.
Are you a slicer? A simple tee can be one of the best training aids to give you instant feedback on your swing plane. This drill helps you feel the difference between a steep, over-the-top swing and a flatter, more powerful path to the ball.
Here is a look inside the coaching app I use for all my online lessons. You can upload your swings, and I send back detailed video analysis with voiceovers and drawings. All your lessons are saved in one place, so we can track your progress over time.
This is the kind of rapid progress we can make, even in just two lessons. By identifying the root cause of a swing issue, often just one key change can create a chain reaction of improvements. Here, we focused on sequencing to build a more athletic and repeatable motion.
My first step with any new player is to understand the ball flight, because the ball never lies. I focus on getting you to make solid contact first and foremost. Once we achieve that *bilkul flush* feeling, things like accuracy and distance start to fall into place.
It is an incredible feeling to see my students succeed. Here is my junior player Aaradhya Rawat after winning the USKIDS Championship. My coaching is about building a process for long-term development, and seeing that hard work pay off is the ultimate reward.
The 'Drag & Flick' is a great drill to give you physical feedback on maintaining your posture through the swing. If you tend to stand up early and flip your hands at the ball, this drill helps you feel the correct sequence of rotation and maintain shaft lean for better compression.
An improper pivot is one of the most common issues I see, leading to all sorts of problems in the downswing. Here are two simple drills you can do with just an alignment stick to train the correct hip movement in your backswing for a more powerful and centered turn.
About Featured
You’ll notice a recurring theme in these clips: I rarely talk about 'feelings' until we have the data. Before we change a grip or posture, I use video analysis to examine the ball flight and your pivot. If your contact is inconsistent, we don't guess—we fix the mechanics of your swing sequence first.
Why Data Drives My Coaching
The golf swing is a chain of reactions. Most golfers try to fix a slice by aiming left, but that's just masking a symptom. My approach is different. I work backward from the ball flight. If the ball isn't behaving, I look at the pivot, the shaft plane, and the attack angle to find what is actually triggering the issue.
The Online Coaching Workflow
My online coaching is designed to be as effective as standing on the range with me. Here is how we break it down:
- Video Analysis: You upload your swings (face-on and down-the-line) via the Skillest app.
- The Breakdown: I provide a voice-over diagnosis using telestration to pinpoint exactly where your movement breaks down.
- Drill Prescription: I give you 1–3 specific drills—like the 'Drag & Flick' or pivot training with alignment sticks—to build the muscle memory required for consistent ball striking.
- Progression: Everything is saved in your digital locker, allowing us to track improvements in your swing plane, posture, and contact quality over time.
Whether you are a junior golfer aiming for competitive wins or a club player tired of seeing the ball go sideways, the goal is simple: repeatability. We work on the foundation, remove the variables, and turn your swing into a repeatable pattern.
