Junior Golf Coaching Results and Highlights
I do not coach for social media clips; I coach for results. This is what systematic development looks like—from daily range sessions in Gurgaon to podium finishes at international tournaments.
This is what we work for. Here is my student, Siddhant Sharma, after winning the IGU NCR Cup Boys Championship with a sensational -11 total over three days. My system is built to help junior golfers perform under pressure and achieve these kinds of results.
Here's a look at how I analyze and improve a swing using the Skillest app for my online coaching. We identified issues with pivot and pressure shift, and you can see the immediate improvement in his athletic posture and power. This is the level of detail every student receives.
It's an incredible feeling to see so many of my players on the podium. This was at the Greens to Glory International Tournament, where we secured 6 out of 8 podium finishes. This is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team.
A weak pivot is one of the most common issues I see, and it kills consistency. In this video, I demonstrate two simple drills using just an alignment stick to help you feel the correct hip movement in the backswing. Building a strong foundation starts with mastering these basics.
Winning is a great marker of progress, but it isn't the only goal. I believe the lessons learned from not winning, the drive it creates, and the focus on the process are what truly build a resilient champion for the long term. This is a core part of my coaching philosophy.
Coaching isn't just about theory; it's about finding creative ways to teach a feeling. Here, I'm working with a young player on controlling the low point of his swing using his golf bag as a training aid. That high-five at the end says it all.
A proud moment seeing my student Naina Kapoor on the international podium at the US Kids Indian Championship. Competing and succeeding at this level is a key part of our tournament preparation program.
Scoring happens on the greens. A simple drill like this, using a flat ball, provides instant feedback on whether you are hitting the center of the putter face. Consistent, pure contact is the first step to becoming a great putter.
I wrote "Inside 30 Yards" for every golfer who struggles to translate range practice into lower scores. This task book contains 75 structured drills for chipping, bunker shots, and putting to give your short game practice purpose and direction.
Sometimes the smallest adjustment makes the biggest difference. Here, I'm helping a junior golfer with his putting setup. There's no need to create unnecessary tension; *shoulder ko squeeze karne ki zaroorat nahi hai*. A relaxed, stable posture is key.
About Featured
You will notice a recurring focus on impact sound and low point in these results. That is not just jargon; it is my diagnostic foundation. I do not just look at how a swing looks; I look at how the club meets the ball. Whether we are using alignment sticks to fix a pivot or analyzing launch monitor data for tournament prep, the goal is always a repeatable pattern that holds up under the pressure of a final round.
My coaching system replaces guesswork with data. Whether you are coming to me for in-person instruction at ZEN GOLF in Gurgaon or working with me online via the Skillest app, we follow the same framework: identify the constraint, drill the solution, and test it under pressure.
The Results-First Approach
- Tournament Success: From winning the IGU NCR Cup to podiums at the Greens to Glory International, the goal is to build a player who performs when it counts.
- Skill-Based Learning: We do not chase shortcuts. We work on the "Inside 30 Yards" zone—chipping, bunker play, and putting—because that is where scores are actually saved.
- The Diagnostic Process: For new students, we start with a 40-minute assessment to establish a roadmap. We check your natural mechanics, impact sound, and hand-eye coordination before we make a single change to your swing.
Why the Process Matters
We use a mix of video analysis, SuperSpeed sticks, and launch monitors for elite players, but the core remains the same: building a swing that is athletically sound. If you are struggling with dispersion or your kid is stuck between levels, we will stop beating balls blindly and start training with a purpose. It is about building a foundation that handles stress, not just a swing that looks good on camera.
