Tournament success isn't luck. It's the byproduct of a rigorous, repeatable process. Here are our academy players who have turned disciplined practice into podium finishes at IGU and USKG events.

Siddhant Sharma holding his trophy at the IGU NCR Cup. A score of -11 against India's top juniors is a result of a disciplined process and a swing that holds up in competition.

Another shot of Siddhant Sharma at the IGU NCR Cup awards. We prepare players not just for the swing, but for the entire tournament experience.

Siddhant Sharma, the US Kids Golf Indian Champion. He posted solid scores under tough weather conditions, proving his mental toughness and the strength of his game.

Naina Kapoor celebrating her win as the USKG Indian Champion for 2024. Her consistent scores of 70, 75, and 74 earned her a spot at the World Championship in Pinehurst, USA.

A double win for my students Annika Chendira and Drona S Dhull at the USKG India event at Classic Golf & Country Club. It's great to see them both succeed.

Aaradhaya celebrating another victory, this time at the NCR Cup held at the prestigious Delhi Golf Club. Building a repeatable winning process is what we strive for.

Naina Kapoor after winning the School Golf League. A score of Even Par 72 shows her consistency and ability to manage the course effectively.

Aaradhya and Unnati creating a friendly rivalry at the top of the leaderboard. Here, Aaradhya takes the win at the IGU Feeder in Meerut.

Unnati finished a close second, just one shot behind. Having two of my players battle it out for the top spot is a fantastic result for our academy.

Aaradhya Rawat with her winner's prize at the 20th NCR Cup. Her performance in Category D was outstanding.

About Our Champions: Tournament Winners

The tournament trophies you see are the end result of 'pressure-proofing' the game. I don't teach students to chase medals; I teach them to manage their ball flight and mental state when the conditions get tough. When a player learns to execute a disciplined pre-shot routine and trusts their mechanics on a fast green at the Delhi Golf Club or under the heat of a final round, the scores naturally start reflecting that level of preparation.

Tournament golf is a different beast compared to range practice. Success requires a bridge between technical competence and mental grit. In our academy, we don't just hit balls; we prepare for the reality of competition.

The Competitive Framework

We structure training to mimic tournament conditions. For my competitive students, this includes:

  • Data-Driven Preparation: We use launch monitors to map dispersion patterns. If a student understands their 'miss' and knows exactly how far they carry the ball, they can play aggressively when required and defensively when the pin position is tucked.
  • The Short Game Focus: Championships are won inside 30 yards. We dedicate significant time to wedge control and putting pressure drills, ensuring that when a player faces a five-footer for par on the last hole, it feels routine rather than scary.
  • Course Management: A great swing is useless if your decision-making is poor. We simulate tournament scenarios to teach players how to pick targets, manage wind, and play the percentages.

Building Resilience

Winning at the IGU or USKG level isn't about being perfect. It is about bouncing back. I teach my players to view a bad shot as a data point, not a failure. This perspective is what separates a junior who wins once from a player who consistently finds themselves on the podium. Whether we are training for the NCR Cup or prepping for the US Kids World Championship, the focus remains the same: build a swing that holds up under pressure, and the results will take care of themselves.
