You do not need to be an expert to start. In our sessions, we focus on the physics behind every movement, from back muscle engagement to the specific grip that prevents torque. We move past the myths and teach the biomechanics so you understand exactly what your body needs to do to be consistent, shot after shot.

Our beginner courses use traditional Indian wooden bows, ensuring you build strength in your arms and core before moving to more advanced setups. We run batches starting the first Saturday of every month.
