About this collection
You might be worried about whether your old, dried flowers are still usable. The truth is, I can work with petals that are years old or fresh from the ceremony. Whether it is a monogram initial, a date frame, or your actual wedding invitation sealed in a decorative tray, the resin helps brighten them back up, making these pieces durable enough to sit on your desk or hang on your wall for a long time.
Preserving these pieces is not just about mixing chemicals. I start by carefully dehydrating your flowers using silica sand, a process that can take up to four weeks to ensure they do not lose their shape or color. Once they are dry, I carefully arrange them into molds, whether it is a specific letter monogram, a LED-lit name stand, or your invitation card.
Each piece is finished with a non-yellowing, multi-layer epoxy resin that gives it a glossy, glass-like shine. For date frames and monograms, I often incorporate touches like pearls or gold flakes to catch the light. If you have an invitation card, I do not just frame it; I preserve it within a resin casting that protects the paper from fading and humidity. These are not just display items; they are small, durable sculptures of your milestones. Whether you are looking for a gift for an anniversary or a piece of wall art for your own living room, I ensure each item is structurally sound and ready to last.
