About Full Varmala & Large Format Frames
Most preservation services force you to cut your garland into tiny pieces, but my process is different. I build custom, large-format teakwood frames specifically designed to hold your varmala intact, ensuring every flower retains its shape and volume. It involves a careful, multi-week dehydration process, but seeing the garland preserved in its original, full form is exactly why I do this work.
Why Choose Full Varmala Preservation?
Your varmala isn't just a garland, it is the first sign of your new journey. Many couples hesitate to get their flowers preserved because they don't want to dismantle them. In this cluster, I use deep-pour resin and premium 3-inch deep teakwood frames to house the entire garland, often alongside your wedding photos, invitation, or jewelry.
The Process
- Hydration & Dehydration: I don't use harsh heat. I use a professional silica sand dehydration method that can take 3 to 4 weeks. This draws moisture out slowly, allowing the petals to keep their natural colour and structure.
- Deep Pouring: Since we are preserving the full garland, the resin pour is thicker. I ensure the resin is bubble-free and crystal clear so the details of the flowers remain visible from every angle.
- Custom Composition: We arrange the garland in a natural flow, either in a full circle or crescent moon shape, depending on the frame style you choose.

- Teakwood Frames: Choose from 12x12 or 14x14 inch square shadow boxes.
- Personalization: I embed your wedding date, names, and even photos directly into the resin or on the glass surface for a layered look.
- Extra Details: We can include pearls, gold leaf, or glitter dust to make the piece shine.
